Orders and Shipping

Where do you ship?

Bel🩷ved Study Co. ships books, resources and selected products throughout Australia.

Our made-to-order clothing is produced and fulfilled by Tapstitch, our trusted apparel partner, and can be shipped to customers in many countries around the world.

International clothing availability and shipping costs depend on the product and destination. Eligible delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Some countries or regions may be temporarily unavailable because of carrier restrictions, customs requirements or other circumstances outside our control.

How long will my order take?

Delivery time depends on what you have ordered.

In-stock books and products

Items held by Bel🩷ved Study Co. are packed and dispatched from Australia. Current processing or delivery estimates will be shown on the relevant product page, during checkout or in your order confirmation.

During launches, holidays, pre-order periods or times of high demand, processing may take a little longer.

Made-to-order clothing

Clothing requires production time before it can be shipped. Tapstitch advises that print-on-demand production generally takes several working days, depending on the garment, decoration method and order quantity.

Delivery time begins after production is complete and varies according to the destination and shipping service selected.

All timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking will be provided where available after your order has been dispatched.

If your order is sent in more than one parcel, you may receive separate shipping notifications or tracking details.

Tracking can take a short time to update after a dispatch notification is issued.

Can books and clothing arrive separately?

Yes.

Books and other stocked products are generally fulfilled by Bel🩷ved Study Co. in Australia, while made-to-order clothing is produced and shipped by Tapstitch.

If your order contains products from different fulfilment locations:

Items may arrive in separate parcels
Parcels may be dispatched on different days
Each parcel may have different tracking details
One part of your order may arrive before another
Separate shipping charges may apply where shown at checkout

Please do not worry if only part of your order arrives first. The remaining items may still be in production or travelling separately.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us as quickly as possible.

We may be able to update an address if the order has not entered production, packing or dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Always check your recipient name, street address, unit number, suburb, state, postcode, country and email address carefully before completing checkout.

Made on Purpose™

Is Made on Purpose available internationally?

Yes.

Within Australia, Made on Purpose™ can be ordered directly from Bel🩷ved Study Co. and shipped to addresses around the country.

Internationally, the book is available through a range of distributors and major online retailers, including Amazon, Books-A-Million and Walmart. Availability, price and delivery options vary by country and retailer.

Who publishes Made on Purpose?

Made on Purpose™ is written by Australian author Emma Ewer and published through Arkhouse Kids.

It is the first book from The Beloved Woods™ and introduces readers to Ezra Fox™, a sensitive little fox who discovers that he is fully known, deeply loved and intentionally made by God.

Can I order a signed copy?

Signed copies may be available directly through Bel🩷ved Study Co., particularly during launches, author visits, local events and designated signed-copy periods.

Availability will be shown on the product page. If the listing does not state that a copy is signed, please assume it will be supplied unsigned.

Can I gift a copy to another child or family?

Yes. You may purchase a personal copy and enter the recipient’s address during checkout.

You can also purchase our community-giving listing, which helps Bel🩷ved Study Co. place a copy of Made on Purpose with a child, family, school, church, library or community organisation that may not otherwise be able to access it.

Community-giving copies are allocated by Bel🩷ved and are not shipped to the purchaser.

Clothing

Where is Bel🩷ved clothing made and shipped from?

Bel🩷ved Study Co. creates the original clothing concepts, artwork, collections and messages.

Our clothing is then made to order by Tapstitch, our trusted production and fulfilment partner. Tapstitch manages garment production, printing or embroidery, packing, tracking and delivery.

The fulfilment location used can vary according to the garment, destination and available production network. Your clothing will usually be shipped directly from the facility assigned to your order rather than from the Bel🩷ved Study Co. studio.

Why is the clothing made to order?

Made-to-order production allows us to:

Offer more garments, sizes, colours and designs
Make Bel🩷ved clothing available internationally
Reduce unnecessary excess stock
Grow our collections sustainably
Focus our resources on original design and long-term catalogue development

Because each garment is produced specifically for an order, please review the product description and individual size guide carefully before purchasing.

Will every garment fit the same way?

No. Sizing and fit can vary between garments.

A relaxed tee, oversized hoodie, fitted top and unisex sweatshirt may all have different measurements, even if they carry the same size label.

Please use the size guide provided on each individual product page and compare the measurements with a garment you already own and enjoy wearing.

Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is ready for immediate dispatch.

The product page will explain:

What is included
The expected production or arrival period
Whether other items ordered at the same time will be held or shipped separately
Any product-specific pre-order conditions

Payment is collected when the pre-order is placed unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

Estimated dates are provided in good faith but can change because of printing, production, freight, customs or supplier delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with affected customers.

Will in-stock items ship with my pre-order?

This depends on the order and fulfilment method.

In-stock products may be held until the pre-ordered item is ready, or they may be sent separately. The relevant product page or checkout information will explain the arrangement where possible.

If you need an in-stock item urgently, placing it as a separate order is generally the safest option.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Please contact us promptly if you need to request a cancellation.

Whether a pre-order can be cancelled depends on its production stage, supplier commitments and the terms displayed when the order was placed. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

Returns and Order Problems

Do you accept returns?

Return options depend on the product and the reason for the request.

Please contact Bel🩷ved Study Co. before returning anything. Unauthorised returns or garments sent directly to Tapstitch may not be accepted or correctly connected with your order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with:

Your name
Order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product
A photograph of the packaging and shipping label where relevant

We will review the concern and work with the appropriate supplier or fulfilment partner to provide a suitable remedy in accordance with our policies and Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind or incorrect size

We are not required to provide a return or exchange simply because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size.

This is particularly important for made-to-order clothing, which is produced specifically for each customer.

Please read product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering. Any discretionary change-of-mind return must be approved by Bel🩷ved Study Co. before an item is sent back.

What if my parcel is delayed or missing?

Start by checking your tracking information and confirming that the delivery address on your order is correct.

Carriers may occasionally mark parcels as delivered shortly before they arrive, place them in a safe location or leave them with another person at the address.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, or your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the relevant fulfilment or delivery partner.

Accessibility and Neurodiversity

Are your books and resources suitable for neurodivergent children?

Many Bel🩷ved books, resources and experiences are intentionally created with neurodivergent children in mind.

Made on Purpose is a gentle, neurodivergent-affirming Christian picture book for sensitive children, including autistic and ADHD children, and for any child who has ever felt different or overwhelmed by a loud world.

Our approach may include:

Every child is different. We encourage parents, carers, educators and professionals to review the product description and decide whether a particular resource is appropriate for the child they know.

Are your resources a replacement for professional support?

No.

Our books and resources can support conversations about faith, identity, emotions, belonging and neurodiversity, but they are not medical, psychological, therapeutic or diagnostic services.

Please seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional when individual support is needed.

What does “Accessibility is hospitality” mean?

It means accessibility is part of how we welcome and value people—it is not an optional extra.

We aim to consider the needs of neurodivergent and disabled children from the beginning rather than expecting them to adapt to an environment that was not designed with them in mind.

Author Visits and Community

Do you offer school, church and library author visits?

Yes.

Emma Ewer offers gentle author visits, readings and community experiences for:

Schools and preschools
Specialised education settings
Churches and children’s ministries
Libraries
Playgroups
Community organisations
Book Week and special events

Visits can be adapted to suit the age group, setting, available time and accessibility needs.

Our approach prioritises predictability, visual structure, sensory safety, dignity and no-pressure participation. Children may listen, move, observe, take a break or participate in the way that feels safest for them.

Are author visits sales-focused?

No.

The heart of every visit is the book, the child, the truth and the family.

Books may be available to purchase or pre-order where appropriate, but purchasing remains optional and low-pressure. Wherever feasible, children receive a complimentary Made on Purpose bookmark and colouring page.

Can we request a donated visit or community support?

Schools, churches, libraries, specialised education settings and community organisations may submit a community-giving request.

As a small and growing business, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled. Requests are considered prayerfully according to genuine need, location, timing, available resources and alignment with our mission.
