At Bel🩷ved Study Co., we want receiving your order to feel just as lovely as choosing it. Some of our products are packed and shipped directly by us in Australia, while selected apparel and made-to-order items are produced and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.

Because of this, shipping times can vary between products and items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

Order Processing

In-stock products

Products held directly by Bel🩷ved Study Co. are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days.

During particularly busy periods, new collection releases, public holidays or unexpected circumstances, processing may take a little longer.

Print-on-demand and made-to-order products

Some Bel🩷ved Study Co. apparel is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Please allow approximately 10–17 days from order placement for production and delivery, unless a different timeframe is shown on the individual product page.

Because these products are made to order, they may be shipped directly from our production partner rather than from Bel🩷ved Study Co. in Australia.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Where products are fulfilled from different locations, shipping charges may reflect the fulfilment requirements of those products.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains products from more than one Bel🩷ved collection or fulfilment location, your items may arrive in separate parcels.

For example, a book stocked by Bel🩷ved Study Co. and a print-on-demand Roaring Praise™ garment may be dispatched separately.

You will not need to wait for every item to be ready before an available portion of your order can begin its journey.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you may receive an email containing your tracking details. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed to a postal or courier service, circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, peak delivery periods, customs processing or other events outside our control may affect delivery times.

If something appears to have gone particularly wandering-in-the-woods with your parcel, please contact us and we will help investigate. 🦊

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, however we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Bel🩷ved Study Co. cannot be responsible for additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

International Orders

Where international delivery is available, shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside Bel🩷ved Study Co.'s control and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

International delivery may also take longer due to customs processing.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact Bel🩷ved Study Co. as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your:

order number, name, description of the issue and photographs where relevant.

We will review the circumstances and work with you and, where necessary, the relevant fulfilment or delivery partner to find an appropriate solution.

Returns and Exchanges

Shipping arrangements for returns, exchanges or faulty products are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
