Throughout these Terms, āBelš©·ved Study Co.ā, āweā, āusā and āourā refer to Belš©·ved Study Co.
By accessing belovedstudyco.com, browsing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Belš©·ved Study Co. is an Australian publishing, creative and retail business offering products that may include:

Some products are stocked and dispatched directly by Belš©·ved Study Co., while others may be produced or fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners.

Measurements and sizing information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
For apparel, customers should review the relevant size guide before ordering.
Some products are made to order or print on demand and will not begin production until an order has been placed.
Product availability may change without notice.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law. 4. Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products for the price displayed at checkout.
You must provide accurate:
contact information
billing information
delivery information
payment information.
You will normally receive an electronic confirmation after placing your order.
We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process or fulfil your order.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
a product is unavailable
there has been an obvious pricing or listing error
payment cannot be processed
an order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
fulfilment is not reasonably possible
accepting the order would breach applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order using an appropriate payment method.
We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order after purchase because our pricing subsequently changes.
5. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated by the store or checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges will be displayed or calculated where appropriate before the customer completes checkout.
Prices may change from time to time.
A price change does not affect an order that has already been completed at an agreed price.
We aim to keep pricing information accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location, order or payment provider.

Belš©·ved Study Co. does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
7. Print-on-Demand and Made-to-Order Products
Some Belš©·ved Study Co. apparel and merchandise is produced specifically after a customer places an order.
These products may be manufactured, packed and shipped directly by an approved production partner.
Production and delivery times may therefore differ from products stocked directly by Belš©·ved Study Co.
Orders containing both stocked and made-to-order products may arrive in separate parcels.
Estimated production and delivery information is provided on applicable product pages and in our Shipping Policy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery information are provided at checkout or within our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, extreme weather, customs processing, public holidays and logistics disruptions, may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but address changes may not be possible after an order has entered production or been dispatched.
9. International Orders
Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for checking whether products can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by local authorities.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not controlled by Belš©·ved Study Co. and may be payable by the recipient.
Customs processing can also affect delivery times.
10. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Our Refund & Returns Policy provides further information about returns, refunds, exchanges and faulty products.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Because some products are created specifically after an order is placed, change-of-mind cancellation or exchange may not always be available once production has commenced.
This does not limit any rights you may have where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Belš©·ved Study Co. owns or is authorised to use intellectual property appearing on this website.

artwork

characters
story worlds
books and written material
photographs
product designs
graphics
collection names

branding
original educational resources.
Unless permitted by law or authorised by us in writing, you may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, manufacture products from, commercially exploit or create derivative commercial works using Belš©·ved Study Co. intellectual property.
Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

If you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, testimonial or other content to us, you confirm that:
